Royal Villa is a subsidized 30 unit apartment place in New Richland, Minnesota. We are located on a quiet street adjacent to a ball park and care center. Our building features a security entrance as well as off street parking. We are a 2 level building with an elevator. There is a laundry on site and community rooms available for our residents. Our apartments are one bedroom with a galley kitchen, stove and refrigerator are furnished. The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a full size bedroom set There is a very nice living room with a patio door to a balcony area to relax on. The bathroom features a nice open shower equipped with grab bars and a high rise stool. There are tub rooms available for those who prefer a bath! Throughout the week we have a few different activities our residents can take part in such as church, bingo, coffee time and a meal each month. There is even a small garden space available to the residents and a beautiful flower garden. The rent is based on income and background checks will be done.
